PIBARV.ZIP

by Phillip Burns, Northwest University. Console application to view the contents of various archives via DOS command line. Demonstrates how to write console applications using ZipTV. Full source included.

To maintain compatibility with ZipTV revisions, these sources are now included in the ZipTV Components installation. The associated demos are installed into [ziptv install directory]\demos\console application directory.

PIBARX.ZIP

ZipTV Archive Filter Written by Joseph Karas. Enables lightning fast text, content and boolean search of compressed files in archives. IFilter content filter for ZIP, SPLIT ZIP, JAR, CAB, LHA, LZH, TAR, GZIP (Unix GZip), BH(BlakHole), RAR, ARJ, ARC, ACE, ZOO, GZipTar, TZ, TAZ, TGZ (Unix Tar/GZ archives) compressed files and UUE/XXE/ENC encoded files. Also filters nested, multi-part/multi-volume/split and SFX versions of many of these. Works with all Microsoft Servers with Indexing Software.
Sfx archive stub files

The ZipTV Components TMakeSfx component uses these stub files to create self extracting archives from many supporting archive types.

English version, French version translated by Philippe Lapeyre, Spanish version translated by Jose Juste Jordan.

There are several other language versions upon request. The source code for all supported languages is available via the online order page.

ArcExe & ArcComp Written by Ivan Petrovic. Console applications based on the PIBARC and PIBARX sources written by Phillip Burns.
